ArtBiz is based in New York. These terms apply to the website artbiz.ai, the weekly open calls email and the ArtBiz.ai platform (your account, portfolio, documents and applications). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Early Access
ArtBiz.ai is in free Early Access. Features may change, and some may become paid later. We will tell you before anything you use becomes paid, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can close your account at any time by writing to clarisse@globalartbiz.com. We will delete your works, images and texts.
Your work stays yours
You keep all rights to your artworks, images and texts. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your files, show them to you, build your documents, and show them in your Virtual Gallery if you choose to publish it. We do not sell your work, use it in our advertising, or share it with anyone else without asking you first.
Only upload work you created or have the right to use.
Open calls
We check every open call against its official source, but organizers can change budgets, deadlines and rules at any time. Always read the official call before applying. ArtBiz.ai helps you prepare your application; it does not submit applications for you, and we are not part of any selection process. We cannot promise any result.
AI writing help
Some tools use artificial intelligence to draft texts such as your bio, statement, CV or letter of interest. AI can make mistakes. Read and edit every draft before you use it; what you send is your responsibility.
Fair use of the service
Do not misuse ArtBiz.ai: no illegal or offensive content, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, and no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that do this.
Limits of our responsibility
The service is offered “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and your files safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of your work. To the extent the law allows, ArtBiz is not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed deadline or a call that was not awarded.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in your account before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
